Return & Refund Policy

Because every KNH Studio product is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference for a different color, style, or design.

Please review all product descriptions and the size chart included with each item carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

All orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled or modified after submission.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopknhstudio.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unique situations can arise. If you believe there is an issue with your order that is not covered above, please contact us. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of KNH Studio.
